Additionally, we played a key role in founding the Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and IP Protection Association for Foreign Invested Companies and successfully advocated for the inception of Vietnam’s first specialized IP courts. Our legal policy team, which includes former national legislative drafting team members, collaborates with us to address critical legal policy matters that may impact our clients’ launch of new brands in Vietnam.
